SMOOTHIE vs JUICE
Ahh, the greatest battle in the history of the universe... okay, maybe not but it is still a great topic of conversation amongst the health conscious.
Smoothies are often revered by the more athletic types who are able to pack in a good amount of protein, carbs, and fat necessary to fuel a game of one-on-one or ultimate frisbee.
Juices, on the other hand, are more often valued by the healthy-minded, whole foods, and mom communities for their high concentrations of vitamins and antioxidants.
So, what about for the rest of us?
Well, if we had to choose for you, we'd pick the smoothies. WHAT!? Yes, we know. Weird, right?
Not really when you consider that smoothies are much more versatile drinks when compared to juices which are generally pretty one dimensional... ya' know - fruit and veggies, juicer, liquid.
